Advertisers Information

Souvenir Program Advertising Rates are as follows:

Full page Color 8.5 x 11 (.25 bleed on all sides required)

  • Vendor- $500.00
  • Competitor- $300.00
  • Non-Vendor- $1000.00

All ads submitted must be submitted via e-mail with a minumum resolution of 300 DPI, CMYK color and include all fonts (preferrably embedded). Acceptable formats are InDesign; Adobe PhotoShop; Adobe Illustrator or PDF format. DEADLINE is August 10th, 2016. Please submit ads to

American Ballroom Company reserves the right to reject any advertisement. Non-Vendors cannot state that their goods or services are available at USDC.

Vendors Information

2015 Vendors will have first opportunity to reserve a space for 2016.

Returning Vendors; in order to guarantee your spot you must print out the vendor application below, fill out all pages and return with full payment no later than June 25th, 2016.

Any spots not paid in full by the deadline date may be allotted to Vendors on our waiting list.

All hair, makeup, massage, etc. providers will pay a $400 fee to attend the United States Dance Championships. The fee will include a complimentary full page color ad. The fee does not include admission to the ballroom. If you would like to purchase a vendor pass (no reserved seating) one will be available at a discounted rate of $100 for all 10 sessions. Vendors may begin setting up, Sunday September 4th, at 8:00am.

All vendors must be broken down and have everything removed from their spaces/suites by 10:00am on Sunday, September 11th as another group will be coming in.
