Information, entry forms and a ticket order form are now available for the 2004 United States Dance Sport Championship, September 7-11, at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa in Hollywood, Florida.
The online information and forms can be found by visiting the website at www.usdsc.com. Deadline for entry submission is Friday, July 30, 2004.
A printed version of the syllabus will be available and mailed within the next few weeks. If you would like to receive a printer copy, please email your name and address to abc@gate.net.
