2. Pro-Am, Mixed-Am & Am-Am RESTRICTED One Dance Entry Form
These events are restricted to syllabus figures approved by the NDCA.
3. Pro-Am, Mixed-Am & Am-Am OPEN One Dance Entry Form
These events are open and not restricted to any Syllabus.
4. Pro-Am Open to the World Rising Star Entry Form
U.S. Open to the World Pro/Am Rising Star Events are open to students who have not placed in the Final of the U.S. Open Pro/Am Multidance Scholarships in any previous USDC. If you have, you are ineligible to compete in the same Rising Star Multidance Level, Style, and Age category in any following years at USDC.
