Cancellation/Refund Policies
Dance Competition - General Policies
The deadline for a refund on a cancellation is 30 days prior to the date the competition commences. Refunds will be made by mail once the organizer has been contacted 30 days following the completion of the competition. There will be a minimum of $100 service charge, per participant for cancellations. If the Organizer is notified of cancellations after the deadline, credit toward the following year will be considered in cases of emergency only and must accompany a Doctor's Certificate. No substitutions will be allowed for entry cancellations taken at the event.
Ticket and Meals Sales - Refund Policy
No exchanges or refunds will be made on tickets and/or meals (ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL)
Dance Camp - Refund Policy
No exchanges or refunds will be made on admissions tickets (ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL)
Trademarks
The logo service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of United States Dance Championships are owned exclusively by United States Dance Championships. All other trademarks, product/service names and company/organization names or logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners. All other trade names, trademarks, logos, and service marks on this site are the property of their respective owners. Users are not permitted to use these marks without the prior written consent of United States Dance Championships or such third party owners.
